Aiprel plate heat exchanger plates are precision-formed metal heat transfer components designed for gasketed plate-and-frame heat exchangers.
Each plate incorporates a corrugated heat transfer area, fluid-distribution zone, gasket groove and port openings. When the plates are assembled in alternating directions, they form separate hot-side and cold-side flow channels.Aiprel supplies plates in different sizes, pressing depths, chevron angles, materials and port configurations. Replacement plates are available for Aiprel heat exchangers and selected models from other plate heat exchanger manufacturers.

Marine plate heat exchangers are essential components in shipboard cooling, heating, condensing and evaporation systems. By transferring heat efficiently between two fluids, they help maintain stable operating temperatures, improve energy efficiency and protect critical marine equipment.
Plate evaporators are especially effective for free-flowing liquids with low to moderate viscosity and relatively uniform boiling behavior.They may also be used for selected higher-concentration products, provided that the final viscosity and fouling characteristics remain compatible with the plate channel design.
